Project leadership, multi-trade coordination and hands-on execution across a complex high-end residential renovation.
This custom interior build required project leadership, specialty trade coordination and substantial hands-on construction. My role combined overall project leadership with hands-on construction, troubleshooting and coordination between the client, subcontractors, vendors and evolving field conditions.
The project required balancing design intent, sequencing, craftsmanship and practical field solutions across a highly customized residential environment.
My Role
I led the project through planning, coordination and execution, managing schedules, subcontractors, materials, field decisions and communication while also performing substantial hands-on construction work.
The role required constant coordination between specialized trades and custom design elements, resolving field conditions as they developed and keeping the work moving toward a cohesive finished result.
