This McDonald’s commercial renovation, completed while working with DAVACO, required precise execution within an active restaurant setting. The project involved managing complex sequences and multi-trade field work to ensure operational continuity. My role focused on field problem-solving and the implementation of brand-specific standards, balancing rigorous construction schedules with the demands of a high-traffic environment to deliver a functional and updated space on time.
My Role
Working with DAVACO, I focused on field coordination and hands-on construction for this commercial restaurant project. My responsibilities included managing project sequencing and communication between vendors and field teams. I actively performed framing, drywall, and finish carpentry, while also coordinating Corian and millwork installations. The role centered on resolving site-specific issues and maintaining quality control to meet strict corporate standards during the active build.
Commercial Project Execution
